| | Model of the car: | Isuzu VehiCROSS VX | | | General comments: | The VX is not for everyone. It's noisy, cramped and has a teeth-rattling ride. But I love it!! It's a Miata AND it's a Hummer. It's more rare than a Ferrari Modena F1 ($155K)! I made front and rear visibility better by remounting rear-view mirror higher on the windshield. An aerodynamic roof-mounted cargo box solved the cargo problem and enhances the VX's lines. | | | What things have gone wrong with the car: | Wretched rear visibility, poor ride (stiff suspension | | | Previous car: | 5.0 Mustang, Trooper, Syclone, Explore, Blazer. Stops better than Mustang, gets better mileage than Syclone, more off-road capable than Blazer, quicker than V-8 Explorer, stouter than Trooper, and... turns heads better than any of them. |
